Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette

Mandarin Orange Vinaigrette
Yields 3/4 cup 

2 Mandarin oranges (Cuties), peeled, separated
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon, roasted sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon coconut oil – Optional

In a blender or food processor add the orange segments, garlic clove, rice wine vinegar and dry seasonings. Process until oranges and garlic are a pulp.  Drizzle in the oils and continue processing until thick and creamy like.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
