Stove Top Sticky Wings

Stove Top Sticky Wings
6 – 8 Servings
2 pounds chicken drumettes & flats/wingettes
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup honey
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Rinse drumettes and wingettes, pat dry and place them in a shallow dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and honey. Pour the sauce over the pieces and toss to coat.  Let wings marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Remove wing pieces from refrigerator and let them come to room temperature.  In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the honey and  wing mixture and cook about 5 minutes on each side. 
Continue cooking the wings, turning them over often to coat them as the glaze reduces. Cook until the wings are sticky and cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
