The line will drop on July 26th and it will also be accompanied with a primer and a setting powder. Yes! Pat McGrath is known for her runway looks and has worked with many major designers. It’s no surprise as makeup is taking more of a focus on skin that she would launch a foundation line to leave us looking flawless.

She dubbed it Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection The System because it’s “a foundation system that will enable you to do exactly what we do.” She explained to a room of beauty editors that it would allow people to “prime, prep, and perfect.” This isn’t the first of her products to be called ‘Skin Fetish.’ In 2016 she launched a cream highlighter under the name. Nevertheless, the additional three products really create a round out collection.

She posted an announcement to her personal Instagram adding, “A MAJOR thank you for all the love and MOTHER can’t wait to see the kids prime, perfect and set their way to glowing skin.” We can’t wait either! She told the room of beauty editors that the trio is truly the “keys to everything we’ve ever done.”

The primer will cost $60.00 but the lightweight formula promises to help give you the smoothest base possible for your foundation by filling in pores and lines. The high price point is most likely due to the hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, which will help your skin stay moisturized and looking healthy. The foundation will run you $68.00 and while it’s not as many as Make Up Forever or Fenty, she explained, “these are the amounts of colors that I would have in my kit if I were going to cover the world.” The foundations are separated into the following categories: Light, Light Medium, Medium, Medium Deep, and Deep. Each feature several shades within the color range ranging from warm to cool undertones. Lastly, the setting powder, which will run you $55.00, is buildable. One layer will help set your makeup and two layers will provide you with more coverage.
