Detroit, MI (June 18, 2020) – “It is my deepest gratitude in addressing the magnificent class of Cass Tech 2020,” Emmy & 2x NAACP Image Award winning talk show host Loni Love said during her live virtual commencement speech today.
The CT alumna encouraged the graduates to strive for success even in the midst of the global pandemic and civil unrest. Penning the class as “The Great Ones,” Love’s address provided a ‘ true life lesson‘ blueprint of how to ACCEPT, EMBRACE, and LIVE.
As a token, the author announced that all 520 Class of 2020 graduates from her alma mater would receive a copy of her highly anticipated, “I Tried To Change So You Don’t Have To” memoir which releases publicly on June 23, 2020.
Take a moment to be inspired by Love’s comedic, yet heartfelt, words to Cass Technical High School of Detroit…
